What was the highlight of HOSTAL ORO FUEGUINO

The room was spacious with a private bathroom.

The staff don’t speak english and it was complicated for them to understand that we (foreigners) don’t have to pay taxes (IVA). Are they not familiar to that law? Low quality breakfast.

Surprisingly warm and cozy in a perfect location

We loved our room, comfy bed and beautiful linen. Sparkling clean and very kind staff Even though they mostly don't speak English, they made us feel at home We had made reservations somewhere else 6 months ago and they cancelled 1 day befote we got there. We got the last room here and I am glad it happened we loved this place

The building looks a little sketchy from the outside but don:t let that deter you It is up a cobblestone hill so not accessible to everyone

We loved this home! Ownes were friendly and on site and the registration process was easy.

This home was big and beautiful warm and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and we enjoyed meeting some of the other guests. After a few recent failures in the warm shower department we had a nice warm shower before starting on our long flights for home.

The home is older and a bit warn and could use a little work but comfortable.

breakfast was good, and the owner was very helpful, location is pretty good, walking distance to main city attractions.

Great location, easy walk to town, superb customer service!

Clean, close to town. We let them know we wouldn't arrive until 2AM and they had a cab meet us. Also, we had only booked one night and when they were fully booked the second night, they called around to try to get us another room! Super customer service!

Beautiful property, but it's an older home and subject to creaky floors. Get a top floor room, we were on the ground level and the 6AM early risers above woke us with the creaking floor each time they walked, for an hour plus. It was loud enough that we couldn't go back to sleep.

Good normal style hotel in Punta Arenas.

Good size rooms. Good showers. Good breakfast. Excellent and helpful staff. Very close to the main square (about 5-10 minutes walk).

Rooms are cold but you can ask for a heater.

Lovely place but soooo cold!

The location was perfect, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were helpful, there was lots of hot water in the shower and the common areas were comfortable.

The heating really wasn’t sufficient. My room was very cold and this put me off staying here the next time that I was in Punta Arenas.

Nice central place to stay with helpful and supportive staff

The service was great, breakfast was organised just for me at 0630 in the morning as I had an early bus. Awesome wifi speeds, 2min walk to the bus terminal.

Still needs some touch ups but it's only superficial.

Spacious room with private bathroom. Good location. Friendly staff. Helpful and accommodating despite language barrier.

Problems paying by card as machine wouldn’t work. Didn’t appear to know how to solve it.

Common areas were lovely.

Common areas were lovely. It is also right next to the viewpoint overlooking the city. Breakfast had variety (for Chike). Gorgeous antiques, squeaky old hardwood floors and cobblestone street. Quiet

Right around the corner are many nightclubs but we didn’t hear or see any issues. Breakfast could be earlier if you plan to go on a full day excursion (only starts at 8)
